           Stephen P. Fox M.D. -

Dr. Fox came to Lima, Ohio in November of 2002. He received his Doctorate from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1993. His Ophthalmology Residency was completed in 1997 at University of Michigan Medical Center. Dr. Fox was Board Certified in Ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology in May of 1999. He also served in the United States Army at Fort Knox from 1997 to 2001. Dr Fox is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Ohio Ophthalmology Society. He is certified in (ACLS) Advance Cardiovascular Life Support.

Dr. Fox and his wife have three growing children; soon their youngest will be joining the older two at college in Michigan leaving them as the “empty nesters”. When not occupied with his practice or family, Dr. Fox enjoys running and serving on the worship team at his church where he plays the guitar.
